Step 4: You have your choice between our Poultry and Seafood Options.

BRANDIED CHICKEN BREASTS AND MUSHROOMS
Boneless skinless breast of chicken marinated in garlic oil and roasted. Topped with mushrooms in a brandy and parsley cream sauce.

TERIYAKI BREAST OF CHICKEN
A boneless and skinless breast of chicken seasoned with oriental herbs and spices and topped with Levan's own teriyaki crème.

SESAME CHICKEN
Boneless, skinless breast of chicken marinated in sesame oil and coated with sesame seeds and Japanese bread crumbs.

CHICKEN ST. ANDREW
Boneless and skinless chicken breast stuffed with fresh asparagus, Gulf shrimp, mushrooms and feta cheese. Delicately seasoned and baked to a golden brown.

STUFFED BREAST OF CHICKEN PROVOLONE
A boneless, skinless breast of chicken stuffed with sautéed mushrooms, green peppers, provolone cheese and topped with parmesan cheese.

BREAST OF CHICKEN PORTABELLA
Sautéed boneless, skinless breast of chicken in a rich creamy supreme sauce laced with portabella mushrooms.

BROILED BREAST OF MALLARD DUCK WITH RASPBERRY COULI
Tender, rosy duck breast delightfully glazed with a slightly tart raspberry sauce.

CARVED PEKING DUCK WRAPPED IN FRESH TORTILLA'S
Peking duck presented with julienne chopped shallots, cabbage, and wrapped in fresh tortilla's and finished with a hoi son sauce.

CHICKEN CORDON BLEU
Boneless skinless breast of chicken wrapped with lean baked ham and Swiss cheese, sautéed with fresh mushrooms, thyme, nutmeg and pepper.

CHICKEN BREAST FLORENTINE
Boneless, skinless breast of chicken stuffed with fresh spinach and garlic and baked.

PORTABELLA STUFFED CHICKEN IN A PASTRY CROSS
Boneless, skinless breast of chicken stuffed with trimmed portabella mushrooms, brie cheese and assorted herbs and spices.

VENETIAN GRILLED BREAST OF CHICKEN
Boneless, skinless breast marinated in Levan's own Venetian sauce and grilled over an open flame.

SAUTÉED CHICKEN WITH CARAWAY AND CREAM
A boneless, skinless breast of chicken, coated in a salt, course pepper and vegetable mixture. Topped with sautéed white mushrooms, shallots and Maderia.

SMOKED CHICKEN AND SWEET CORN WITH HERB CRUST
Boneless, skinless breast of chicken wrapped in a crusted puff pastry and stuffed with sweet corn, smoked chicken and peas.

CHICKEN WITH SNAP PEAS AND SHIITAKES
Marinated chicken breast in sesame oil and oyster sauce. Topped with sautéed sugar snap peas and shiitake mushrooms with white wine.

SMOKED BREAST OF TURKEY
Young and tender breast of turkey lightly seasoned and smoked in our custom smoker pit.

CHICKEN BREAST PALERMO
Sautéed boneless, skinless breasts of chicken seasoned with Italian bread crumbs topped with prosciutto ham, havarti cheese and finished with port wine.

GOAT CHEESE STUFFED CHICKEN
Boneless, skinless breast of chicken stuffed with goat cheese, fresh herbs and spices then topped with seasoning and baked to perfection.

MACADAMIA CRUSTED CHICKEN BREAST
Boneless, skinless breast of chicken dipped in egg, rolled in minced macadamia nuts with flour then topped with pepper.

ROASTED PHARAOH QUAIL
Boneless farm raised quail, lightly seasoned, roasted to perfection and topped with honey-hazelnut sauce.
