2 ½ down ribs cooked in our smoker pit with award winning barbecue seasoning and traditional BBQ sauce on the side to complete our 40-year tradition.

BARBEQUE CHICKEN
Young and tender chicken quarters cooked just like we’ve cooked our ribs for the last 40 years but we add a little hickory on the fire for extra flavoring.

BARBEQUE SHREDDED BEEF
We start with USDA choice top round beef roasted and
thinly sliced, and then we add our secret seasoning and barbecue sauce.

Choice whole pig marinated and pit roasted.
Presented whole and carved at the buffet.

Choice pork ribs brushed with pineapple glaze,
cooked on-site in our own custom pit.

CHICKEN SANCOCHO
Sliced boneless breast of chicken and smoked ham,
simmered with onions, tomatoes, potatoes, squash,
carrots and spices.

Whole black beans served with onions and
